Have you ever wondered what freedom really means? How do we find it and do we all have it?
Freedom [free-duh m], noun
1. the state of being free or at liberty rather than in confinement or under physical restraint
2. exemption from external control, interference, regulation, etc.
3. the power to determine action without restraint
We are very aware that we enjoy a privileged level of freedom here in the United States that many if not most other people around the world have the opportunity to experience. But we all have a personal freedom that can not be taken away from us by anyone. The freedom that exists in our minds, our hearts, souls, and being.
Do you remember a time when you felt truly free? Where you felt incredibly comfortable in your own skin. Free to be you. Maybe it was with someone else, maybe it was solo. Could have been a particular trip, at an event of some king, a gathering, or even a moment. The freedom you feel when you can let down your guard, enjoy life, and just BE.
That freedom, where we live our life by loving our greatness, is the ultimate goal.
When was the last time you felt truly "free?"
We ask you a new question every Monday, and we encourage you to take a few minutes, without distraction, and be completely honest with yourself in answering them. Our goal is to help us all reframe and incorporate our vulnerabilities towards the path of living an authentic life.
