It's Ok Not To Be Ok

During those times when being human is tough, do you ever feel ashamed? We’ve all been there. It’s easy to say to tell other people that we’re only human, but really hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when we’re the one going through it. The reasons are different for each of us because they’re rooted in our experiences and can be difficult to determine. Some factors can be biological as well. 

Therapy can be very helpful, but cost and time sometimes doesn’t make it feasible. If that’s the case, having a list of alternative tools is super helpful. I know for me, getting outdoors combined with some kind of exercise is my go to and always seems to help at least some if not a lot. Movies, YouTube videos, meditation, and chatting with friends/family helps a lot too. 

One thing is for sure though, it’s ok not to always be ok.
